Secure Offsite Media Storage

Data archiving works either independently or in conjunction with our data backup service and provides a secure fire proof safe area for storing and archiving of key business data previously backed up to DVD/Blu Ray or other media for long term offsite storage. 

These can be posted to us in pre-posted envelopes or collected via our secure courier service.

Data archiving is for any business that needs to archive data or have 'hard' access to it.  Archiving can be for audit compliance, legal reasons or to provide a complete running file history going back months or years.

This can be especially useful if files have been accidentally deleted or changed as this may not be noticed until weeks or months later which is outside of you backup cycle.

Data archiving offers DVD offsite storage (or at your premises with fireproof data safes) for your backed up data. 

You can also store with us software media and licences which can be worth thousands of pounds to a company and the originals or copies of these can be kept off site in our secure fireproof storage facility for later retrieval if required.
