Most companies rely on a member of staff to change tapes daily, but are these checked to make sure the backup was successful? Are the tapes taken off site and not left on the premises (required to be compliant with most business insurance policies). Are the tapes secure from fire and theft as these will contain confidential company accounts and data ?

Due to the service being fully automated it is a 365 day per year service therefore holiday's and sickness are no longer a problem. Once the system is installed and set up with the passwords you require you have only to read the email confirmation each day.

Should you require a file recovered you can download this yourself or liaise with our technical staff who recover the file/s to your server.

All data is encrypted prior to being uploaded to the storage servers and therefore is not accessible by anyone outside of your business network.
